In our first session, we'll dive into what's important to you and what you’re hoping to achieve. We'll touch on any past experiences, current life situations and beliefs about your future. It's all about getting to know you better, figuring out the areas you might want to focus on in our sessions, and pinpointing the perfect place to kick off this journey together.

Following Sessions

55 mins/$110 per session +tax

In the following sessions every 1-2 weeks or monthly check-ins, you will find a safe, calm and judgment-free space to explore thoughts, feelings and experiences in the past and present that are holding you back and getting in the way. We work together to help you gain new awarenesses, make changes, and help you stay on track side overcome and obstacles on the way.
